Had the family queen room and it was well-kept and a nice size with 3 single beds. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were provided.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and fairly friendly, some of them especially. The unit we got was great-sized and recently renovated with the provided and updated furnishings plus twin beds.

Well presented and well-kept rooms, thank you very much for very good stay!!!

I appreciated this hotel, it was perfect with free wi-fi. The staff were caring and really helpful, nothing too much trouble. The location was comfortable and incredible to the beach for a cleansing swim.

The room was brand-new with good amenities. The staff were very friendly and caring; we had an early check-in.

I loved to be here, everything was fine. The room I booked was freezing internet kept dropping off and available with clean bathroom and fresh carpet & linen and crockery. It was beautifully presented, and employees were especially helpful and outstandingly helpful. Was a characterful base for christmas.

Comfy bed, good sized and recently refurbished rooms. The bathroom was large and the staff was pretty friendly and amiable.

All the staff was delightfully helpful, solved my issues. The location was nice, just a short walk away from Finnian's. It was situated close to restaurants and cafés.

The location was convenient and handy, close enough to Queensland-affordable, in an awesome area. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to Koala Hospital...

We had a lovely bedroom. There were tea and coffee making equipment, a fridge, and kitchenware. Its location was comfortable, close enough to the shops and town centre, shops and numerious fast food resturants, and hill because of the staff. The atmosphere created was friendly.

The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center. The staff was friendly and provided helpful information during check-in. The private car space was a great advantage and made parking hassle-free.

There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The room itself was run down, with worn carpet and a television that didn't work properly.
